Membership

2.1. Membership is non-refundable and subject to a one-time fee.

2.2. Membership is non-transferable, individual, and non-usable for friends or relatives.

2.3. Najwa London reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, without liability.

Booking Policy

3.1. Appointment Scheduling: Members need to book appointments in advance through our designated booking system, phone, or email. Najwa London retains the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion.

3.2. Cancellation: Members are required to give a minimum of 4 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Cancellations within 4 hours will incur a 50% fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full session fee.

Personal Health and Safety

4.1. Inform therapists of any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns before receiving treatments.

4.2. Members assume the risks and responsibilities tied to the use of our facilities, services, and treatments.

4.3. Najwa London is not accountable for loss or damage to personal items.

Age Restriction

5.1. Only members aged 18 or above are permitted to use our services and facilities.

Confidentiality

Our Liability and Limits

9.1. Najwa London is not liable for damages arising from your use of the services, facilities, or treatments. Our liability is confined to the amount paid for the membership or service.
