- Prohibited Activities: Engaging in any immoral, illegal, or inappropriate activities, or exchanging personal contact details unsolicitedly, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate membership termination. Membership is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older.

- Respect and Dignity: Members must treat therapists, staff, and other members with the utmost respect. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly forbidden.

- Punctuality: Members are expected to arrive promptly for sessions. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and impact service quality.

- Personal Hygiene: High standards of hygiene are essential. Please ensure you are freshly showered before each session.

- Confidentiality: Members are expected to respect the privacy of others and avoid discussing or sharing personal information.

- Payments and Fees: All payments, including fees for late arrivals or cancellations, must be settled promptly.

- Compliance: Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

Membership Packages

Royal Package

- One-Time Fee: £100

- Benefits: Access to exclusive member areas, private gallery, and video cinema, as well as a complimentary Oriental Head Massage and a welcome gift upon registration.

Important Note: This package covers membership access only. Prices for specific massage services and add-ons are billed separately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- No Refunds: Membership fees and unused services are non-refundable.

- Late Arrivals: Arrivals later than 15 minutes will incur an additional charge of £150. No-shows are billed at the full session rate.

- Rescheduling: Members must provide at least 4 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Failing to do so will result in a 50% session fee. Cancellations made within the 4-hour window will be treated as last-minute and charged the full amount.

- Late-Night Fee: An additional £100 fee applies for sessions scheduled after midnight.

- Behavioral Standards: Members are expected to uphold these standards consistently. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service cancellation and full charge.
